Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Vitrex Clinker XL Tile Cutter is a professional heavy-duty tile cutter, designed for smooth, high precision cutting of larger format tiles. The tile cutter has a cutting head carriage with ball bearings for greater accuracy and easier use. The high precision cutting head has a replaceable tungsten carbide wheel.
The table extensions are ideal for supporting larger format tiles. In addition, it has a large, graduated swivelling cutting guide and shock absorbing trays. For easy transport, it has wheels and a carrying handle and for comfort it has a co-moulded handle.
