Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Vango Apex 1 sleeping bag is part of our Apex Range and has been designed with high-performance lightweight adventures in mind. The Apex Sleeping bag has been created with our latest innovative environmentally friendly fabrics, Polair� EcoNet Lining made from recycled fishing nets and EcoLoft� insulation, a recycled synthetic, engineered to imitate the characteristics of real down filling. This Omega shaped bag has been ergonomically tailored around the head and shoulders to retain heat and its unique Thermal Reverb causes heat to reflect back onto the body making this bag the very pinnacle of thermal efficiency.
