Details
Enjoy lightweight comfort on the move with the Vango Aotrom Short 5 Sleeping Mat- Orange, one of Vango’s most compact and advanced sleeping mats designed for space-conscious adventurers. This short self-inflating mat packs down to the size of a can yet still delivers supportive cushioning and dependable comfort on uneven ground. It’s ideal for backpacking, bike packing and minimalist camping where weight and space matter most.
Ultra-Light Design
The Aotrom Short Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat lives up to its name by offering an ultra-lightweight solution for outdoor sleep — weighing approximately 290 g and compressing to minimal pack size. Moreover, its welded air channels mould to the contours of the ground and your body for a more comfortable night’s rest compared with basic foam pads. In addition, the shorter design reduces weight without compromising feel.
Durable Materials & Practical Inflation
This self-inflating camping mat uses 20D 380T nylon ripstop fabric with TPU lamination, giving strength and resilience while still keeping the weight low. Furthermore, its flush-fit TPU Airlock valve lets you inflate and deflate quickly and securely. In addition, the modern TPU lamination is lighter than traditional PVC, allowing a smaller packed size and faster setup.
Compact Comfort for Adventurers
Despite its compact size, the Aotrom Short Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat offers a comfortable 5cm thickness that eases pressure points during sleep. Moreover, its air-filled welded channels distribute weight evenly — giving support where it matters most. In addition, this mat slips easily into backpacks and travel gear, making it a versatile choice for minimalist campers and long hikers alike.
