Shipping information
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Teng Service Case has a robust moulded body with built-in strength and durability. Fitted with a telescopic aluminium handle, spring suspension and rubber wheels for a smooth ride, non-slip rubber feet, a combination lock and catches to keep the tools safe. Can be used with up to 9 Teng Tools TC trays or 6 TC trays together with the SCPS01 service tools set.
