Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

These Stanley FatMax® VDE pliers are manufactured to exacting European standards and individually tested to 10,000 volts and approved for working around live circuits that do not exceed 1,000 volts. The bi-material handles offer the user improved control and grip, incorporating slip guard shoulders for additional safety. They are made from a heat treated, high chrome steel forging for long life and have hand ground, induction hardened blades. DIN /ASO/ANSI compliant.
