Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Roughneck® Triple Connection Tool Lanyard allows tools to be pre-loaded onto the 3 interchangeable loop ends. Tools are securely fastened with a dual-channel barrel lock. The lanyard has a strong, one-piece, internal shock cord with tight weave nylon webbing to prevent over-extension and snagging. Fitted with a stainless steel locking carabiner for durability and to prevent accidental disengagement. Multiple connection methods, including belt loop and carabiner, allow the flexibility to find the most suitable anchor point.
Designed to prevent accidents due to falling tools from height, tool lanyards also safeguard against the loss of equipment.
Supplied with 3 x Loop Ends with Dual-Channel Barrel Locks.
