Roughneck Manhole Seal Breaker Kit - ROU12003

Engineered for tough access jobs, the ROUGHNECK Manhole Seal Breaker Kit is designed to break the stubborn seal on domestic manhole covers that have bonded over years of dirt, silt and ground movement. Housed in a durable carry case for organised transport and site protection, the kit features a robust steel frame, a quick-release tip holder, and a 1‑tonne hydraulic bottle jack that applies consistent upward pressure to crack seized seals quickly and safely.

Supplied with interchangeable key tips to suit the majority of standard manhole covers found across the UK and Europe, the system offers dependable compatibility for drainage, utilities and maintenance professionals. The included keys cover common T‑key and screw‑in patterns, ensuring secure engagement during lifting.

Once the seal is broken, covers can be lifted cleanly and efficiently using the ROUGHNECK Universal Manhole Key Kit, with shared tip compatibility between both systems for maximum versatility on site.

Built for professionals who need reliable performance when conditions are against them, this is a powerful, purpose‑designed solution for freeing bonded manhole covers with confidence.
