This Apec Red Brake Pad Set, disc brake (Part Number PAD1901) is OE-quality replacement, supplied for direct fitment to compatible vehicles.
The APEC Red PAD1901 Brake Pads are precision-manufactured using the latest generation of friction materials, supported by comprehensive testing. Each PAD1901 pad is finished with Stop Ready Coating that reduces the bedding-in process and boosts stopping power, meeting or exceeding OE quality standards.
To ensure the entire surface of the PAD1901 pads is cured to a depth of 2 mm, pressure of 10,000 Nm is applied at temperatures of 650 °C. This prevents crystallisation of the friction materials for long-lasting performance that remains resistant even in the most extreme environments, while also improving initial pedal feel and reducing bedding-in time.
