Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

Weight-for-weight, this strap is three to five times stronger than chains and have the advantage that overload can be detected early by the fraying of the straps. Manufactured from 100% high strength polyester with reinforced lifting eyes. Colour-coded according to European standards for identifying their capacity. Safe working load ratings quoted are for a load between the loop eyes (U configuration) and a load at one end (Straight configuration).
