Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.

Description
This electronic material moisture measuring device provides non-destructive location and evaluation of moisture distribution in walls, floors and ceilings. Leakage locators can quickly provide an overview of the severity and distribution of the damage in a building during a survey of the damaged area.
Measuring the moisture in the damaged area allows users to compare the index value with a reference value which has been measured at a point where there is no moisture damage. Conclusions can then be drawn on which areas of the building are affected by moisture and to what extent.
