Around 1994 Fiat introduced the 1.9L Citroën Peugeot based diesel engine to their vehicle range. The 3471 was introduced to provide the Fiat specific locking tools required to set the engine timing on these 1.9 turbocharged and naturally aspirated diesel engines.
