Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.

A fully insulated 24mm open end spanner for use on modern hybrid and electric vehicles, suitable for live working up to 1000V AC/ 1500V DC. Both GS and VDE certificated, and manufactured according to the IEC60900 standard for safe use in a high voltage environment.
