Three different materials offering 3 different types of impact when used with an Air Hammer.
Aluminium and nylon heads are ideal when working with aluminium components or aluminium bodywork to reduce the scarring effect normally associated with the use of an air hammer when equipped with a traditional steel hammer head.
The brass head is ideally suited to use on harder metal components which can still be scared or damaged by the use of steel hammer heads such as threaded components like drive shafts and threaded pins, cotter pins and ball joint pins. One additional bonus with all of these is they are non sparking so could be used in environments where sparks are not permitted
Shafts are manufactured from SCM440 hardness HRC48
The theory is if you hit a component with a material softer than it's self you do significantly less damage but still transfer considerable force. The heads are consumable
For use with Laser Air Hammer Part No 6031 or similar. Replacement heads available: Nylon - Part No 6267, Brass - Part No 6266, Aluminium - Part No 6265
