Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.

The Hamra 5 is a spacious tunnel tent with a sloping front to maximise living space. It features a sewn-in groundsheet to block draughts and bugs, a large side entrance with a full mesh door, and a SleepTight inner tent for restful sleep. A side window with a toggle-up curtain and front mesh panels enhance ventilation. The living area offers standing height, removable divided bedrooms for privacy, and organiser pockets. With mains access and adjustable rear ventilation, the Hamra 5 is the perfect camping companion.
