Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.

Featuring many features in one tool for the electrician on site, including features for cutting cables, wire stripping notches (0.75–4.0mm) terminal crimping (0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0mm), pattress screws shearing 3.5mm and 4.0mm panel screws. Long nose for grabbing and looping wires. A two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handle allows maximum grip and user comfort, and horns prevent slipping onto live conductors. Tested to 10,000V, these pliers are suitable for working on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC.
