Ridgemonkey have included a unique detachable hinge system that transforms one pan into two, cool-touch detachable handles for easy storage, and a non-stick coating that is second to none. They cook even better now too, with this Ridgemonkey pan featuring a ridged exterior which allows for even heat transfer and cooking.
