Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.

Usage Instructions:
- Check if crystals are already blue (dry)- if so, the unit is fully charged and ready to use.
- Simply plug in and recharge (if required)
- Only charge the unit initially if crystals are pink (wet), for around 6-9 hours, supervising frequently, it is also recommended to shake the unit so the crystals do not fuse together.
Place the unit where moisture is most apparent, check periodically.
- Once crystals turn pink (wet) - this indicates that the unit has absorbed maximum moisture (8-10 oz). Please plug in and recharge for around 6-9 hours, supervising frequently, it is also recommended to shake the unit so the crystals do not fuse together.
Ensure the unit is upside down whilst charging with the unit upright
