Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

This Bahco C1997TORX/9P Long TORX® Coloured L-Key 9 Piece Set, is made of high quality steel, entirely hardened, with a phosphate finish, which provides protection against corrosion and providing a long lasting life. The long arm design provides higher torque transmission and accessibility.
Each size is fitted with a different coloured injection moulding grip. Its soft-touch feeling is pleasant to hold, with non-slip grip and oil resistant. These different coloured grips also enable quicker identification of required size.
Supplied in a compact sleeve-case for instant selection of the required size. It allows easy storage, whilst keeping the keys together.
