Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

This Monument Universal Radiator & Valve Key has tapered ends and are therefore self-restricting. The three profiles make the tool universal, catering for 3/8 in and 10 mm square section radiator vent plugs and bleed screws.
Bayonet or internal lug type radiator valves allow for variations in size, shape, and position. The 12 mm to 14 mm internal hexagon valves are tapered allowing for variations in size.
