Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Masterlock Zenex™ Lockout non-conductive padlocks have dielectric protection and are non-sparking, with either a composite nylon, hardened steel or stainless steel shackle.
They are the optimal safety padlock, designed exclusively for a Lockout/Tagout system. They are durable, standardised, substantial and identifiable for OSHA 1910.147 compliance.
The lockout padlock has a Zenex™, UV stable composite body and 6mm diameter composite nylon or 4.76mm stainless steel shackle, it is corrosion and chemical resistant and can withstand temperatures ranging from -57 ° C to +177 ° C. The body sides and faces can be laser-engraved for permanent identification.
Includes 'Danger' and 'Property of' padlock labels. Key retaining, supplied with a single key.
