- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.

Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 is an intumescent and acoustic acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke. It also provides excellent acoustic properties for sound deadening, average noise reduction of 29dB.
No priming is required for most construction substrates. Its non slump formula is easy to apply and tool off. It is tack-free in 15 minutes and can be overpainted if desired.
Suitable for use in joints up to 50mm wide.
Halogen free and fire rated up to 5 hours.
Joint movement capability: ± 12.5%.
Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-4:2006.
Tested for air permeability to EN13141-1 Ventilation for buildings.
CE marked under ETAG Part 3 ETA13/1058.
