Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

Knipex have used special tool steel construction with PVC dipped handles for added comfort, durability and most important added grip.
The Knipex 46 31 series of internal bent circlip pliers are constructed from chrome vanadium solid style forged top quality steel with precision non-slip tips for added strength and durability. They have 45° bent tips.
Like most of the Knipex range of pliers, all components are oil hardened with polished heads. These circlip pliers have PVC dipped handles for added comfort, durability and, most importantly, added grip.
