Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

Master Lock solid aluminium padlocks are a tough and dependable security solution. With a modern diamond shaped design and a contemporary brushed metal finish, they are an appealing solution for day-to-day reliability.
Each padlock has a solid body, hardened steel shackle and dual locking levers.
A variety of multi-pack options, where all padlocks in the pack open with the same key (keyed alike) is also available.
Padlocks are available with 3-pin, 4-pin and 5-pin cylinders and with a variety of shackle lengths for added security and for a wider range of possible application options.
All Master Lock padlocks are supplied with a minimum of 2 keys and a Lifetime Warranty against mechanical failure.
