Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

WD-40 Specialist® Dry Lubricant with PTFE is an anti-friction lubricant that excels in dry and dusty environments, with no oily residue. WD-40 Specialist Dry PTFE is quick-drying, and sets as a clear film that won’t attract damaging elements such as dust, dirt or oil. It's great for reducing friction and wear on tools and equipment, and is extremely effective as a mould making release agent, with the PTFE preventing other materials bonding to the surface.
