Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Edma Baby Grafer 16/20 Hog Ring Pliers include a stop guide for a stronger hold on the hog ring. They have patented ergonomic handles with a stainless steel coiled spring that has an anti rust coating for increased usage over time.
For user safety and easy storage the handles feature a closing ring. There are also two wire cutters, located on the head, for wire upto 3mm thick.
Compatible with Omega 16, Omega 20, Delta 18 and Delta 22 staples.
