- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y feature an electrically powered bonnet latch (also known as a front trunk or frunk). If the latch fails, or the 12v battery is flat, then the bonnet needs to be opened to access the battery. The only method to access the bonnet is to use a specially designed hook. The Laser front trunk manual release tool allows the user to manually open the frunk from outside the vehicle.
