Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Northampton warehouse.
- Free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders of £40 or more.
- Orders under £40, and orders to Northern Ireland, have a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging.
- You arrange and pay for the return postage on change-of-mind returns. We refund the price of the item plus our standard delivery charge.
- Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery - photos help.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights.

The Panasonic EY Li-ion Battery Pack helps to protect your tool in heavy conditions. The improved design features materials give reduced internal resistance, allowing a 250% lifespan when compared with an original Li-ion battery.
Other features include: an over-discharge prevention sensor (OPS), battery overheat protection sensor, individual battery cell monitoring and heat-resistance layer (HRL) technology.
The Panasonic EY9L54B 5.0Ah Li-ion Battery Pack offers the highest Li-ion battery capacity without an increase in size. This battery is the same size as the 18V 4.2Ah Li-ion battery pack.
